fist day of snow! / random

hi everyone,
crazy news here! this morning i woke up and it was snowing! already, on the last day of September! so here in Alaska it normally starts snowing in mid October, so this is two weeks early. Ann being the crazy person she is grabbed a hat and boots and ran outside! here are some pics

    Ohhhh .. what part of Alaska do you live in .. Mama used to live in Soldotna on the peninsula, and then in Wasilla for awhile .. she worked at Solid Rock Bible Camp for a couple years and loved it up there. Our sisters Emi and Tirya are from Wales, Alaska.

    We just found your blog and will follow it too .. we have not gotten snow in Oregon yet, but Nana lit the gas stove this morning and it has been running .. our cold of fall is officially here. LOL!!
